iVisionary Capital Partners LLC is developing a +/-18 acres mixed use site at the interchange of I-75 and Athens Boonseboro Rd., in Lexington, Kentucky. Site is immediately accessible from Exit 104 which is designated as the “Southern Gateway” to Lexington. All city services are on on-site.
