Stephen Dawahare is the Founder and Managing Partner of iVisionary. Since graduating from the University of Kentucky in 1994, he has built a multifaceted career defined by innovation, strategic leadership, and an unwavering commitment to community impact. His professional experience spans real estate development, technology, public and private equity, and professional sports, all guided by his entrepreneurial mindset and long-range vision.

Stephen’s real estate development work extends over several decades and includes a broad portfolio of commercial, mixed use, residential, hospitality, and recreational projects. He focuses on thoughtful planning, long term value creation, and the development of places that enhance community life. This approach has shaped projects ranging from residential neighborhoods to major commercial and mixed use districts.

Most recently, Stephen has led the creation of a large scale sports and entertainment district for Lexington Sporting Club. This ambitious project includes a seven thousand six hundred seat stadium, world class training fields, hotels, restaurants, and destination venues designed to serve both fans and the greater Lexington community.  In addition to his development work, Stephen is a partner in Lexington Sporting Club, a multi-tiered soccer organization committed to growing the sport at every level, from youth development to the professional ranks. Founded in 2021, the club fields teams across the American soccer landscape, including the USL Championship for men, the USL Super League for women, and a rapidly expanding group of semiprofessional and youth development teams. His involvement reflects a deep dedication to building pathways for players, strengthening the local community, and advancing the sport regionally and nationally.

Joshua Lewis

Joshua Lewis, Managing Director:  Joshua Lewis is Managing Director of iVisionary Capital Partners and member of the firm’s Managing Partner Committee.  Joshua is responsible for executing the strategy set by the firm’s managing partners. He joined the firm in 2018.  Joshua has over 20 years of business and commercial real estate finance experience.  Prior to joining iVisionary, Joshua was a Vice President with USBank, JPMorgan Chase, and First National Bank Alaska. Joshua was born and raised in Lexington, KY and is a graduate of Centre College in Danville, Kentucky.
