Stephen Dawahare, Founder and Managing Partner.  Since graduating from the University of Kentucky in 1994, Stephen Dawahare has built a dynamic career defined by innovation, strategic thinking, and a deep commitment to community. His ventures span real estate, technology, private equity, and professional sports—each driven by sharp business acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Stephen began in real estate development, earning recognition for strategic investments and community-focused projects that prioritize spaces designed to serve both people and place. In 1996, he joined a startup tech firm backed by a global gaming company, helping commercialize a B2B commerce platform that quickly became an industry leader. Following a successful IPO, he launched iVisionary in 2000 to pursue high-impact opportunities across sectors.

Stephen is also a partner in Lexington Sporting Club, a multi-tiered soccer organization based in Lexington, Kentucky, committed to elevating the sport at every level—from youth development to professional competition. Founded in 2021, the club fields teams across the U.S. soccer landscape, including the USL Championship (men’s professional), USL Super League (women’s professional), and a range of semiprofessional and youth development programs.

To support the club’s expansive programming, Stephen has led the real estate development of a comprehensive sports and entertainment district, featuring a 7,600-seat stadium, world-class training fields, hotels, restaurants, and other destination venues designed to serve both fans and the broader Lexington community.

William Shively

Managing Partner

William Shively, Managing Partner.  Bill is the Executive Chairman of Tower Hill Insurance based out of Gainesville, FL, and has over 45 years in the insurance industry.  Bill is also CEO and owner of Tower Hill Sports and Lexington Professional Soccer.  Additionally, Bill is the owner of Dixiana Farms, home to broodmares, foals, sale yearlings, and Thoroughbred horse races.  He is involved in the Lexington community, serving on several boards including the Markey Cancer Center.  He is also a Director of Keeneland Racecourse.

Joshua Lewis

Managing Director

Joshua Lewis, Managing Director:  Joshua Lewis is Managing Director of iVisionary Capital Partners and member of the firm’s Managing Partner Committee.  Joshua is responsible for executing the strategy set by the firm’s managing partners. He joined the firm in 2018.  Joshua has over 20 years of business and commercial real estate finance experience.  Prior to joining iVisionary, Joshua was a Vice President with USBank, JPMorgan Chase, and First National Bank Alaska. Joshua was born and raised in Lexington, KY and is a graduate of Centre College in Danville, Kentucky.
