Stephen Dawahare is the Founder and Managing Partner of iVisionary. Since graduating from the University of Kentucky in 1994, he has built a dynamic career defined by innovation, strategic thinking, and a deep commitment to community. His work spans real estate, technology, private equity, and professional sports—each venture guided by sharp business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Stephen’s real estate development work spans decades and includes a broad portfolio of commercial, mixed‑use, residential, hospitality, and recreational projects. His approach emphasizes thoughtful planning, long‑term value creation, and the development of places that enhance both community life and the built environment. This holistic vision has guided projects ranging from residential communities to large‑scale commercial and mixed‑use districts. Among his more recent initiatives, he has also led the creation of a comprehensive sports and entertainment district for Lexington Sporting Club—a dynamic development that includes a 7,600‑seat stadium, world‑class training fields, hotels, restaurants, and destination venues that serve both fans and the broader Lexington community.
In addition to his development work, Stephen is a partner in Lexington Sporting Club, a multi‑tiered soccer organization committed to elevating the sport across all levels—from youth development to professional competition. Founded in 2021, the club fields teams across the U.S. soccer landscape, including the USL Championship (men’s professional), USL Super League (women’s professional), and a growing portfolio of semiprofessional and youth development programs.

William Shively

Managing Partner

William Shively, Managing Partner.  Bill is the Executive Chairman of Tower Hill Insurance based out of Gainesville, FL, and has over 45 years in the insurance industry.  Bill is also CEO and owner of Tower Hill Sports and Lexington Professional Soccer.  Additionally, Bill is the owner of Dixiana Farms, home to broodmares, foals, sale yearlings, and Thoroughbred horse races.  He is involved in the Lexington community, serving on several boards including the Markey Cancer Center.  He is also a Director of Keeneland Racecourse.

Joshua Lewis

Managing Director

Joshua Lewis, Managing Director:  Joshua Lewis is Managing Director of iVisionary Capital Partners and member of the firm’s Managing Partner Committee.  Joshua is responsible for executing the strategy set by the firm’s managing partners. He joined the firm in 2018.  Joshua has over 20 years of business and commercial real estate finance experience.  Prior to joining iVisionary, Joshua was a Vice President with USBank, JPMorgan Chase, and First National Bank Alaska. Joshua was born and raised in Lexington, KY and is a graduate of Centre College in Danville, Kentucky.
