William (Bill) Shively
Managing Partner

Bill is the Executive Chairman of Tower Hill Insurance, based in Gainesville, FL, with over 45 years of experience in the insurance industry. He is also CEO and owner of Tower Hill Sports and Lexington Professional Soccer. Additionally, Bill owns Dixiana Farms, home to broodmares, foals, sale yearlings, and Thoroughbred racehorses. He is deeply involved in the Lexington community, serving on several boards including the Markey Cancer Center, and serves as a Director of Keeneland Racecourse.

Stephen Dawahare
Founder & Managing Partner

Since graduating from the University of Kentucky in 1994, Stephen has built a career defined by innovation across real estate, technology, private equity, and professional sports. He joined a startup tech firm in 1996, helping commercialize a B2B commerce platform that led to a successful IPO, then launched iVisionary in 2000. Stephen is also a partner in Lexington Sporting Club, advancing professional soccer in Kentucky.

Joshua Lewis
Managing Director

Joshua Lewis is Managing Director of iVisionary Capital Partners and a member of the firm's Managing Partner Committee. He oversees execution of the firm's strategy and brings over 20 years of business and commercial real estate finance experience. Prior to joining iVisionary in 2018, Joshua served as Vice President with US Bank, JPMorgan Chase, and First National Bank Alaska. A Lexington native, he holds a degree from Centre College.
