iVisionary is currently developing approximately 173 acres of commercial land located at the northwest quadrant (“Athens North”) and southwest quadrant (“Athens South”) intersection of Athens Boonesboro Road and Interstate 75 in Lexington, Kentucky.

ATHENS SOUTH

Consist of a total of 155 acres that will accommodate various commercial retail uses. 

Approximately 37 acres is a Highway Service Business (B-3) zone that includes the proposed Lexington Sporting Club stadium that will be the home of LSC men’s and women’s professional soccer teams as well as a venue to accommodate various sports and entertainment uses.  In addition to the stadium, several commercial out-parcels are planned and available.  

The southern portion currently consist of 7 regulation sized synthetic turf soccer fields (approved up to 10) that are all LED lit with a pavilion, parking lot, and supporting amenities to support Lexington Sporting Club’s 1,000 plus youth players, professional and semi-professional soccer teams.  The venue is also used year-round to host tournaments, showcases and other sport-tourism events.

ATHENS NORTH

Consist of 18.52 total acres suitable for various retail and hospitality uses as well as industrial.  6.7 acres zoned 5-5P and 11.82 Acres zoned I-1 Light Industrial.  iVisionary is open to rezoning efforts for appropriate uses.
